Elisa Estonia Fibre Network (formerly Starman, fiber/EPON/FTTH). Starman partnered with Nokia in June 2016 to deploy the first nationwide 10-gigabit residential fibre network in Europe; Elisa acquired Starman in December 2016 and continued the fibre conversion (Source). Supports broadband Internet, TV, and fixed internet services over fibre infrastructure. Elisa has been deploying fiber upgrades and converting older DOCSIS/cable networks to fiber/EPON/FTTH (Source), (Source).
