In September 2024, it was announced that Sky's 'Sky Business' division would get access to ITS Technology's FTTP network to sell to business clients (Source).
Zen Internet — 2025-06-16
On 16 June 2025, ITS Technology – a wholesale-only network operator that builds and manages full fibre infrastructure – and Zen Internet – a retail ISP that also runs the Fibre Hub, a wholesale aggregation platform giving ISPs unified access to multiple fibre networks (Openreach, CityFibre, Freedom Fibre, etc.) – announced a reciprocal partnership under which Zen can sell broadband services over ITS’s network, while ITS joins Zen’s Fibre Hub to offer its network to other ISPs through Zen’s wholesale layer, extending both companies’ reach across the UK business connectivity market (Source), (Source).
