Founded in 1995. Beltelecom is both an ISP and Network Operator: it sells internet (broadband, VoIP, etc.) to end users, and also owns and operates network infrastructure. It is fully state-owned (Government of Belarus). Reorganized into a republican unitary enterprise in 2004, and has since been expanding its GPON (fiber) broadband (Source), (Source).
