UPC Poland was an ISP and Network Operator that sold broadband, digital TV, and telephony over HFC cable infrastructure; founded in October 2000 when Liberty Global acquired Polska Telewizja Kablowa (PTK), sold to Iliad's Polish subsidiary Play for €1.5bn in April 2022, merged with P4 (Play) in 2023, and the UPC brand was discontinued on 31 August 2023 in favor of Play (Source), (Source).
