About

Retail-only ISP (not a network operator) – reseller using wholesale fibre networks from CityFibre, MS3 Networks, Freedom Fibre, and Openreach; founded ~2019, in 2021 formally won access to CityFibre's FTTP network to begin offering gigabit-class broadband to areas such as Blackpool and Preston, in January 2024 became the first ISP on CityFibre to advertise a "MultiGig" 2.3 Gbps (symmetrical) package to consumers across the UK, positioned themselves as a multi-gig broadband challenger offering up to ~2.3-2.5 Gbps plans, as of late 2025 appears to be undergoing major changes with announcement that customers on CityFibre-based connections will be migrated to Zen Internet and owners reportedly launching a new ISP called Nufibre, suggesting a rebrand/restructuring rather than simple closure (Source) (Source) (Source) (Source) (Source) (Source).
